Worry-free Warranty

After activating the warranty, your registered email will receive a verification message from 'support@dogefence.net' within 5 days, if you don't receive it please check your junk email or send a message to this email address.

All of our products come with a 1-year warranty. If your product is damaged within the first year, it will be replaced at no charge. If you are not satisfied with your product within the first 3 months, you can receive a full refund. For returns made after 3 months but within the 1-year warranty period, a partial refund will be provided based on your purchase date, with no less than 50% of the purchase price refunded.
